Mr. Soni a management graduate in Information Systems from University of Phoenix. Mr. Soni brings with him 12 years of IT experience and is responsible for managing the day to day operations at Bennett. Mr. Soni has worked in a variety of roles including analyst, designer, developer, project management, architect and consultant with a wide range of organizations including NIIT, Metamore and Dell. He has worked in various countries including US, UK and Australia and has domain expertise in Banking and Manufacturing industries. He has earned accreditations and certifications in a variety of technologies ranging from Microsoft to Sun Microsystems.

Ms. Aseema has over 12 years of experience in technology and has worked in a wide range of organizations like Checkfree, British Airways and NIIT.  Her extensive exposure to Banking and Travel domains, wide range of technologies and international experience, makes her a very useful resource in Bennett.  At Bennett, she heads the development and marketing of Bennett's HRMS product Mentis.

As vice president Sales & Marketing Subana is charged with advancing Bennett's sales strategy and key business development relationships. She has a vast experience in management, sales channel strategy, communications and corporate branding. She brings innovative technology sales, marketing and executive management experience to the role.
