End-to-end Web based online recruitment solution
Recruitment process begins with manpower requisition, acceptance, job creation and job posting. Then begins the candidate search using jobsite, consultant network and internal references. After this comes candidate filtering, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling and assessment. Then begins the selection process leading to offer letter generation. Finally the recruitment process ends with candidate coming on board as employee with all formalities like reference check and collecting and storing documents.

Requisition Process
  The business users can raise the request for manpower for their department. They can enter the number of positions, desired skills, experience and salary range. The requisition workflow goes through approval process with email notifications.
Job Creation
  The recruitment team gets the approved manpower requisitions that they convert into job positions. System triggers automatic or manual notifications to job consultants, posting of jobs to internal job boards and job creation to the external job sites. The job position can be configured to a specific set of assessment and interview criteria.
Consultant login
  Recruitment and placement consultants can login to your jobsite and add candidate details. They can search job positions and view selection status of their candidates.
Candidate Login
  Easy to use interface is shared with the prospect candidates to capture their resume details online. All updates are automatically saved on to the system for the recruitment team or the business users to shortlist or review.
Candidate Assessment and Selection Process
  Depending on the assessment and selection process configured for the job opening, the software allows the users to follow and enter the stages for each candidate according to the selection process.
Offer Processing
  Once the candidate is selected, the system allows the recruiters to process job offer requests. A complete approval workflow with email notification and budget validations allows the recruiters to make offer to the candidates. Candidates can accept offers online and consultants can be notified of the selection process.
Backend Processing
  Automatic conversion of candidate into employee as per the offer and candidate details. The system also allows the recruiters to specify the joining formalities, pay the placement consultants and close open positions.
